Learn how to install the extension and use it on YouTube videos.

   Install from the Chrome Web Store

   Open the Chrome Web Store and install subtitle.im. For now this link goes to the store homepage; it will point to the extension listing once published.

   Pin the extension and set preferences

   Pin subtitle.im to the Chrome toolbar, then open it to check status and adjust caption preferences.

   Start watching

   Open a YouTube video. When burned-in subtitles are detected, handle switchable YouTube captions according to your preferences.
